Shipping policy

Digital delivery

211 Creatives sells downloadable AI guides, prompt packs and Shopify code products. These products are delivered digitally; no physical item is shipped and physical shipping charges do not apply.

After successful payment, download or access instructions are provided through our digital delivery system or the email instructions described on the product page. Use an email address you can access at checkout and check your order confirmation and spam folder.

Access problems

If an access link is missing, expired or not working, contact us through our contact page with your order reference and product name. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

What is separate from delivery

A digital download does not include physical merchandise shown in demonstrations. AI tool access, generation credits and installation services are included only if the relevant product page expressly states this. Shopify section buyers should review the installation and compatibility requirements before purchase.
